Daarom is discribed er precies omheen gebouwd: verplichte beoordeling vóór ondertekening, bronvermelding per bewering, en een auditlogboek waarmee je altijd kunt aantonen wát je hebt beoordeeld vóór je tekende. De papieren kant regelen wij vóór het eerste echte dossier: verwerkersovereenkomst naar Nederlandse zorgstandaard en een DPIA. Certificering (ISO 27001 / NEN 7510) is voor een leverancier in deze fase wettelijk niet vereist — we leggen de bewijsbasis nu met een externe nulmeting, en certificeren zodra een grote klant erom vraagt.

The paperwork comes before the first real file: a Dutch healthcare-standard data-processing agreement and a DPIA. Certification (ISO 27001 / NEN 7510) is not legally required of a supplier at this stage — we build the evidence base now with an external baseline audit, and certify once a major customer requires it.
